I have just moved into a new company, and they have asked me to come up with innovative ideas to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries of our employees. As of now, we club the birthdays and anniversaries in a month on a single day and order one big cake and snacks. We also give them a gift worth Rs. 500. I am thinking of giving a small basket of flowers and a card in addition to a gift or memento. However, my budget is only Rs. 500. Can any of you suggest gifts that would be worth this much? I stay in Chennai, so if someone can suggest a good shop for this, it would be really great.
Also, some more events to make the party very lively :D

Please suggest some ideas to motivate the staff through celebrating birthdays, official get-togethers, or festival celebrations. This will help employees feel motivated and connected to the company. It can enhance the spirit of cooperation and foster mutual understanding among the staff.
