Dear all,

I have recently joined a travel company which has a size of around 150+ employees. Many of its processes are manually done, for example, leave, payroll, salary slips, and performance appraisals, which take a lot of time and energy. I believe that implementing an HRIS would be a valuable addition to our organization as we are growing, and automating processes while we are still small will benefit us in the future.

I would like to hear from all of you about the feasibility of this in terms of money and time. What is the cost (cost being a major constraint), and how long does this process normally take? Only after I have your suggestions will I be able to present this to management.

Hi,

I would like to know if HRIS is useful in a very small firm where there are just 15-20 employees. The firm in which I am working as an HR Executive is a new company and does not have many employees. I would like more information about HRIS.
