This indeed is a good tool to calculate stress level. I suggest that organizations can use this for their employees once a quarter or so, so that we can take remedial actions towards employees facing burnout.

It is a bit confusing in its interpretation for 2 to 3 score... The author/creator suggests that the person should re-evaluate the answer to the question.
