Hi Deepak,
It is really good to measure the stress level and I hope these days it is common to score more than 3. But how to control and get rid of the same? Even though my score is between 3-4, I do yoga and pranayama to have control over daily stress and to align both professional and personal life. However, I hardly find any solution. If you have a similar link to control the stress level, then please send.
