Hi,

Disciplinary proceedings have to be conducted in accordance with the standing orders of the company, which define acts of misconduct. However, the list of misconduct is not exhaustive if it is mentioned in the standing order.

For your convenience, I am attaching a model procedure on how to proceed with disciplinary proceedings. I hope you will find it useful.
