My friend has signed a bond (on a stamp paper with a notary seal) with an MNC for a duration of 2 years. She is placed in Pune. She is getting married now and has to shift to Bangalore, but the company is not providing a transfer to her even after a lot of requests. She joined as a fresher. In the bond, it is clearly mentioned that the expenses have been incurred for training the employee, and she is on the bench and has not been assigned any project yet even after 7 months.
Is it a good idea to quit?
1) Break the bond without informing the company.
2) Inform the company about quitting the job.
Or
Continue in the company helplessly??
