According to my management, each department can showcase their importance in figures, making it easy to understand. However, when HR discusses future preparation, employee development, organization structure, etc., there are no figures or statistics provided.
I am now planning to prepare a presentation on the "Importance of HR in an organization." To create this presentation, I require your valuable suggestions and information. Please keep in mind that the majority of our middle management and senior management personnel hold their positions due to their experience rather than qualifications. Therefore, we need to use language and points accordingly.

HR is as important to an organization as our body is to our life. Unless our internal workings are functioning well, we will struggle to deal with the challenges we face in our external environment.
Whether it was the personnel department in earlier times or the HR department nowadays, both are crucial, just like finance & accounts or marketing & sales.
It is just as easy to handle machines or money as it is to manage human resources because it is people who operate machines or handle money.
Selecting the right candidate for the right position at the right time, and most importantly, at the right cost, is not merely a matter of paperwork or words.
