I am in the final stages of my MBA program. I will have to submit a project in HR, and I have chosen "Recruitment Process" as my topic. Please suggest any suitable titles on the subject. I will be focusing on the FMCG manufacturing industry for this project. What statistical methods can be used for this project, and is there a need for the preparation of a questionnaire since this is not a comparative study?
I am looking for valuable suggestions early as I need to submit my proposal by 27.12.07.
