If salary increment does not take place, employees' motivation will decrease, leading to lower production and decreased quality of the product or service. This can have adverse effects on the punctuality of staff, increase the possibility of theft, and impact other aspects of the workplace. All these factors will affect the psychology of the staff, and their behavior may escalate to violence within the organization. There are many potential consequences that can arise from this situation.
