The change of address in your S&E registration is a crucial step after relocating your office. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to handle this situation:

1. First, it's important to note that not updating your S&E registration with the new address could lead to legal complications as it's a violation of the Shops and Establishments Act.

2. You don't need to create a new registration. Instead, you should update your existing registration with the new address. This is typically a straightforward process.

3. To do this, you should approach the local S&E authority in Delhi. Provide them with the necessary documents proving your new address (like a rental agreement or ownership document) and a formal request for the change of address in your S&E registration.

4. As for the detection system, it's hard to predict how quickly they will notice the discrepancy. However, it's best not to wait for them to find out. Proactively updating your registration will help you avoid any potential fines or penalties.

Remember, it's always better to stay compliant with the law to avoid any unnecessary legal complications. It's great that you're taking the initiative to rectify this issue.
