Can you please confirm for me if it is possible to secure a job in Telangana state despite being terminated from my previous position in August? The organization did not conduct a thorough investigation at the ground level and did not provide any opportunity to explain what occurred. I was only given a termination letter. Is it feasible to find employment in the BFSI sector or any NBFC? Your confirmation on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

With a termination letter in hand or a service certificate/relieving order that states you have been relieved due to specified reasons, you may find it challenging to secure a job in any sector. It could be accurate that you were not granted an opportunity to present your side. However, if the termination occurred without valid grounds and without providing you a chance to defend yourself, you should have contested the employer's decision. Typically, a stigmatic order would be contested before the relevant authorities, such as a Labour Officer or Court.
