Bonus eligibility I Joined my company in Sept 2021 and now I want to quit due to my circumstances. The financial year ends on 31st march. so if I resign now will I be eligible for a bonus?

You will get Bonus provided you have worked for 30 days in the financial year. Please note that bonus is available only to those whose salary does not exceed Rs 21000.
