Hi,

The question is not clear. If a candidate provided incorrect information during the interview and this was only discovered after they joined the company, is this misinformation related to their qualifications or previous work experience? Regardless of the specifics, if a candidate has already started working for the company and it is found that they provided false information, their employment can be terminated following a proper investigation.

You can reject his candidature if the candidate fails to put his signature as an undertaking in the form of a "declaration" on the Employment Application form. This declaration states that falsification of information provided can result in rejection of his candidature and termination of employment, if appointed.
