Background verification - had an FIR - section IPC 420 - will it affect my employment during background verification?

I had an FIR on my name which is a false acquisition and the case has been squashed with a compromise deed filed in court. The section is IPC 420 will it affect my employment during background verification? Any leads on this will be helpful.
