Hi, Please refer to the attachment. As per the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act of 2017, women who have completed 80 days in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of their expected delivery are entitled to maternity leave for a maximum of 26 weeks, of which not more than 8 weeks shall be preceding the expected date of delivery.

I see many internet links with amounts like Rs. 250/-, Rs. 1000/-, Rs. 3500/-. Also, please share the link to the gazette notification for such an amount. Awaiting your response on this.
