Hello everyone, I want to design and present a band structure in my organization. Our organization is a small-sized IT company. Although we have already designed the bands in every department, I need support regarding how to present a band structure and document it. Can anyone please share some referential documents on the important areas that need to be covered in a band structure or maybe a sample band structure of your organization?

Are there complaints about the current structure, or is this a direction from management? If you already have a structure in place, review that and make adjustments based on experience and discussions since it was first written and implemented. You might also consider running a staff survey to gauge the feeling on the current structure.
