In a 4-star classified hotel, which minimum wages act is applied? Is it the minimum wages for star hotels (SRO 793/2011) or the minimum wages for hotel canteen restaurants (SRO 785/2016)? Currently, we have been informed that the latter is applicable. Could you please clarify this for us?

If you come under Star classified hotel, obviously, you have to follow the minimum wages of star hotels and not the one applicable to hotels and restaurants.
