Yes, we offer IT manpower. For example, if a company like XYZ wants a website designer for 2 months, we quote them and provide them with a designer. However, we require an agreement between XYZ and my company to ensure they do not contact the designer directly in the future to work with them. I hope you can understand.

You can add a Non-Solicitation of Candidates clause in your agreement like:

Non-Solicitation of Clients

During the restricted period, the (name of the Company) shall not solicit or otherwise attempt to establish any business relationship with any person that is, or during the _months period preceding the date of the Programmer's termination of employment with the Company...
