I have completed 4 years and 362 days in 5th year in my company. can i eligible for gratuity? please help me on that

The colleague had guided appropriately. Kindly note that 4 years plus 240 days in the 5th year makes an employee eligible for gratuity as per the present legal status. Get your service records verified and then send the claim process.
