Can anyone tell me if not mentioning my old company in my resume and joining another top MNC will have any effect on my career? I absconded due to some issues without informing the reporting managers.

As our learned colleague above has stated, we are not in a position to help you. If I understand your post correctly, you absconded. There may be very good reasons as to why you took that course of action. But, and there is always a but, you took that decision without considering the consequences. You needed to find another way out of your predicament at that time.
Now you are faced with a difficult situation. You either tell the truth, or you tell a lie. Only you can make that decision; we cannot do it for you. From where I sit, you do not have any other choices. The obvious answer is to tell the truth and plead mitigation. Do a good job of pleading your case, and you might be successful, but you must also be prepared for a negative outcome. That means chalking it up to experience and moving on with rebuilding your life. Will it ruin your life? No. It will not be easy for quite some time, but you can rise above this if you really want to.

Understood, my nervousness is affecting my career in the IT field now. I have genuine experience of 4 years, but at the start of my career, I faced failure due to some reasons. Can I continue working in the IT field, or will they threaten me with a lifelong ban in this field without getting a job? I am ready to face HR now and provide an explanation for my actions.
I know I had a wrong past experience, but I have realized and learned that patience is a key part of learning in life and a successful journey. I hope I will be forgiven if they ask about my old details, and I request them to excuse my situation and help my career. Will it work if I request? As it is clearly mentioned by members of the HR fraternity, what you have done is in no way excusable. Nowadays, background verification is done without any exemptions. Therefore, it is better to inform the company about what you have done, and it is advised to seek a solution from the company itself.
