Basic salary
HRA
special allowance
Transport allowance
Medical allowance

For maternity leave which part of the salary from the above section will I be getting?

All the above mentioned components of your salary are covered under the definition of "wages" given in section 2(n) of the Maternity Benefit Act 1961, hence you would be entitled to receive all these components.
