Implementing a Six-Month Mandatory Probation Period: Legal and Positive Framing - CiteHR

Hello Team, please help me implement the following change in a proper way. We are a small-scale company of 30 people. We want to add a clause for a mandatory probation period of six months. Could you provide a sentence that frames this requirement positively and is legally correct? According to labor laws, there should not be any objections from a labor perspective.

Thanks in advance.

Probation Clause: "Upon joining this company, you will be placed on probation for an initial period of six months (which can be extended for another term of six months, if necessary). During the probation period, if your performance, conduct, and discipline are found unsatisfactory, your services may be terminated without notice."

If you wish to give the employee another chance, this can be added; otherwise, do not include it as a condition.
