My notice period is 2 months, I have asked for buyout for 1 month and ready to serve another month of NP. I have resigned on 14th July. But because of some medical emergency at home, I couldnt be able to serve my 30 days of NP so I discussed with my manager and he is ready to relieve me on 30th July which means I have served only 15 days of my NP. So how my FnF will be calculated and for how many days I will be paid? what will they mention in Fnf regarding my another 45 days of unserved NP.Please help
