Dear Members, I have a query regarding establishment registration under the EPFO & MP Act. We had our establishment registered under the above act in Thane. We had the company's existence and operations in Maharashtra until 2009. In 2010, we fully shifted to Gujarat. We are still using the same establishment code. Do we need to transfer the establishment code to Gujarat or get a new registration here?
