Hi. I want to Prove to an inspection team that our department ( in a private company) is working independently without influence of any directors or others. How to establish it.

All types of inspections, whether by internal or external agencies, are conducted at the behest of the Managing Director (MD) of the company. How can any department be out of the purview of the powers of the Board of Directors (BoD) or MD is not understood. By keeping your department separate, what will you achieve? Why do you want to do that? If not the MD, then who will be the controlling authority for your department? Can you elucidate in your query?
