Hi, I have recently joined a CA firm (Partnership Firm) in Delhi. I need to design a leave policy for the firm. Is there anyone who may suggest how many CL, SL, EL/Privileged leaves CA firms can give? Which acts are applicable on CA firm i.e Delhi Shop & Establishment Act, ESI act, or any other act? It is mandatory for the registration of a CA firm under the Delhi Shop & Establishment Act. When the S&E regulations are in place, all leave policies and other compliances must be followed according to the S&E Act only.
