Access to Official Email During Gardening Leave
Does the HR department have the right to withdraw access to the official email of an employee during gardening leave? If so, how does the employee access communication with HR, especially regarding the resignation or notice period?

If your email ID has been suspended during your garden leave, then you may communicate through your personal email ID. In case the particular information is stored on your PC/laptop and you cannot access it, please inform us of your inability accordingly.

The HR department may have restricted access to the organization ID and denied access, fearing possible misuse of official data while the employee is on garden leave. As suggested above, you can use your personal ID to communicate with the HR department.
