I have resigned from my current organization, and the official notice period is 3 months. I am requesting an early release due to personal reasons. Although I have already served one month of notice, the management is not allowing me to leave. Additionally, I have been subjected to a 30% salary cut for the past 8 months due to COVID. I have not received any incentives for the past 1 and a half years, and my 13th-month bonus for this year (2020) has also not been paid. Please advise on what steps can be taken.
