I had requested a PF and pension withdrawal, but my request was rejected with the statement, "*Claim Rejected EPS NOT DEDUCTED ON WAGES RS.15000/- CLARIFY WITH REVISED F-3A BIFURCATION OF EPF & EPS FROM EMPLOYER*." The company I used to work for is closed. Please help me obtain this money as I am in dire need. I am also willing to offer Rs. 1500 as a commission if you can facilitate the processing.

From the screenshot, it seems that the service period is prior to 2014, where physical forms 3A and 6A were applicable but have not been submitted properly. However, you can lodge a complaint with https://epfigms.gov.in/ for redressal of your issues and follow their replies, which will surely be helpful.

Checking Your Passbook Before Applying

Have you checked your passbook before applying? Were your contributions seen in the passbook? If contributions were not paid by the employer, or if they were not paid correctly, such errors may be seen. First, confirm and know your contribution details to identify where the mistake occurred.

Addressing Discrepancies

In case of any discrepancy, approach EPFO and file a complaint. It may be that your EPF accumulation before 2014 has not been merged with your UAN.
