As per the new format in PF, gross wages are required in ECR for the details. I have referred to many sites, but it's creating much confusion.
Salary Structure
The salary structure is as follows: Basic + Conveyance + HRA + Special Allowance + Other Allowances.
Queries Regarding Gross Wages (As per Gujarat Govt. Act)
1) In Gross wages, which components should be included?
2) Is PF deduction on basic or on Gross wages?
3) Should Minimum Wages be equal to Gross or CTC?
4) What is the difference between Gross wages and EPF wages?
