Dear Sir,

If an employee's salary exceeds Rs. 21,000/- and reaches Rs. 24,000/-, as per ESIC rules, if the salary exceeds Rs. 21,000, then they cannot avail the benefits of ESIC. However, if the employee still wishes to avail the benefits of ESIC, is there any option to keep them enrolled in ESIC?

if employer agrees then they can continue to contribute on full 24000, but the benefit ceilings would be 21000/- basis
