Hello Everyone,

I want to know how to write an email about an interactive session for new joiners with the director in our company. I would like to announce to each and every new joiner to participate in this interactive session. Please help and guide me on how to communicate through email.

1. Tell them they are required to attend the session. 2. Tell them why they are attending and what the session is about. 3. Tell them what - if anything - they have to do to prepare for the session. 4. Tell them the time and date of their particular session. 5. Tell them to contact you if they have questions.

Keep it simple. Don't overcomplicate things. It's only an email, not a 50,000-word dissertation.

Thank you, John. I really appreciate what you told. But as an example, imagine that you are conducting an interactive session for all new joiners. How would you invite them all through an email? Please tell.
