I hope when you mean freelancers, they may be on a retainer-ship basis or visiting for a particular cause for a specified period. You need not include entire employment clauses as for full-time employees. However, clauses in relation to their work need to be included, such as visit days or minimum attendance required in a month, leave facility (if the company allows), monthly pay, period of contract/assignment, reporting to whom, facilities they are eligible for, etc.
