An employee service agreement contract is a legal document that is binding to both the employer and employee. It details the terms and conditions of their mutual association. An agreement should have clauses covering the following major areas:

- Remuneration
- Reporting relationship
- Role
- Transfer of service
- Confidentiality
- No simultaneous employment
- Code of conduct
- Past record
- Notice period and severance
- Retirement age
- Court of jurisdiction in case of dispute
- Acknowledgment from the employee confirming acceptance of the terms

Other clauses specific to the employee's needs should also be added.

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that one of our employees met with an accident outside the factory premises while going home after completing his shift. The employee is claiming that the company is responsible for the accident because it occurred while he was leaving work.

I kindly request all of you to provide your opinions on whether the employer is indeed responsible.

Thanks & regards,
Ramanagouda Kabbur.
