Could you please explain about "SABBATICAL LEAVE" in detail? Are there any financial impacts for the organization? If an employee takes a two-month sabbatical leave and upon return, the organization does not have any openings, can we ask them to leave without any notice period? The prior service required in the organization for this leave may vary from 3 to 6 years in general. Similarly, the duration of the sabbatical leave may also vary from 3 months to one or two years, depending on its purpose.
