Most of the hotels nowadays conduct town hall every month wherein the Employee of the month is awarded, few slides of the Hotel performance for the previous month, Hotel Review by Guest in Trip Advisor, Challenges faced by Hotel, CSR Activity done by Hotel. You can add few games/competitions and/or housie and light snacks at the end of the function. The function can be kept post lunch and end after evening tea/snacks
