Hello everyone,
Greetings of the day. I have a query regarding an employee who has applied for a transfer claim from their previous employer. When I checked the transfer claim, it is in the "Inaction-able" section, and there is neither an option to approve it via digital signature nor to delete it.
How can I approve it? What is the reason behind this?
From India, Bhilai

When someone applies for an online claim, they can apply through their previous employer or current employer, depending on the availability of a digital signature. Suppose a person applies through their previous employer; in that case, on the employer portal of the current employer, the claim will show as in-actionable until it is digitally approved by the previous employer. Once approved, the claim will be removed from the system.
