Sir, I am also working in a company that masters in exploiting employees. There are no increments, the bonuses are the lowest, no medical facilities are provided, and they are well-known in the market. This is VIBRANT GUJARAT. A good number of cases are currently in labor courts but to no avail. Please suggest alternatives for the cadre of WORKMAN.

Dear VG,

I understand your frustration. Earlier, several members of this forum who were from Gujarat also called me and expressed their frustration. I would like to tell you the same thing that I had told them.

Firstly, find out the Twitter account of the Labor Minister of the State Government of Gujarat. Send the letter to him on his Twitter account, providing adequate evidence.

Secondly, send the same letter to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. His Twitter account is @narendramodi.

Do not lose faith. Things will improve. However, do all the above secretly. Do not disclose to anyone whatever you are doing.

Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar

Sent several emails and letters to PMO, Gujarat Chief Minister, Labour Commissioner, Labour Secretary, DLC Vadodara, and Labour Minister Central regarding cases filed for minimum wage violations and violations of the S.P.E. Act. Penalties were imposed by the authorities. The Labour Department of Uttar Pradesh has filed disputes, yet there is no willingness to make changes.
