Has your management prepared the "business plan" for the business? When I say, business plan, I do not mean to say the plan that is submitted to the bank authorities to get a financial loan but a business plan from the management science point of view.
Secondly, have you devised the pricing strategy for the product? Pricing strategy is the starting point for the organisational strategy? What is the business strategy of your organisation? Is your management clear about it?

We are already into Solar EPC business. My company Management i.e. MD and CEO want a training on the commercial and legal aspects of solar business to be fluent in the business transactions. For eg- legal compliance pertaining to Solar, govt policies, financing models, etc.
