I am Brijesh Sharma, working in the textile industry in the HR department. Currently, we are conducting a lot of training and development activities in our organization. Now, we want to implement learning and development activities.

So, I would like to know the basic difference between training and learning and how it will be implemented in the organization.

For a general query like this, I suggest that we should search the web and then, based on insight into the topic, raise specific questions (for example, how to ensure that workers learn safety procedures?).
