I am working in a school as office staff, handling PF and ESIC. I have completed the registration in PMPRY and digitally signed it. Then, I discussed with the employer regarding the benefits and glitches of PMPRY. To date, we have not entered any employee's name or availed any benefits. The dashboard is blank. Is it compulsory for the employer to avail the benefits after registration and digital signing? If the employer does not wish to utilize any facilities, what steps can be taken from the government? Please guide me.
