Dear sir,
What is the procedure to change the mobile number in the UAN member portal and recover UAN password if the mobile number is missed, not working, UAN password is forgotten, Aadhaar number and PAN Card number are not linked with the UAN member account, and UAN member name and Aadhaar & PAN card name are different?
Should the employer send the Joint Declaration Form to the EPFO field office for employee contact details corrections?
Please clarify.
Thanks with Regards,

Hi,
First, send a joint declaration for name correction to the regional PF office. After getting your name corrected as per your KYC document (Aadhar/PAN), go to any field office of EPFO and get your Aadhar and PAN linked to your UAN number. This is an offline method. Since you have forgotten your password and registered mobile number, and your KYC is not uploaded and approved by the employer, you have to opt for this method.
Once your KYC has been approved by the employer, you can retrieve your password/mobile number or even modify it by verifying your KYC details against it online by visiting the same member portal site.
Thank you,
