Understanding HR Roles: Which Position Ranks Higher on the Organizational Chart?

Hello. What is the difference between various HR designations? Which post is on upper side among the following : HR Officer, HR Executive, HR Assistant. (i mean 'based on Organisational Chart).

Hi,

This completely depends on the organization, as not all organizations have these designations. Mostly, the HR Executive and HR Officer are equivalent positions, whereas HR Assistant is a lower-ranking role.
