We are working as a labor contractor in the FMCG industry for loading-unloading contracts in the said establishment. In order to register on the PMRPY portal, we are asked to select an NIC Code. However, we are confused about which NIC Code to choose. Does it relate to the nature of the principal employer's business or to the loading and unloading contract? Which NIC Code is applicable?

the code should be applicable as per the immediate employer, as principal employer may get changed for contract workers

As per your statement, we should choose NIC Code according to our contract nature, i.e., loading and unloading. However, I couldn't find the NIC Code related to that. So, please help me find the NIC Code that needs to be selected.
