I worked as both i.e. as a recruiter as well as generalist also. Currently working as generalist but facility that I want like 5 days working and near my home is available only in recruiter job. Just want to know which job is good and will help in future as a HR.

Hi Richa,
First of all my question to you is that what are your short term & long term goals. If you want a comfortable life with compromised packages etc., then opt for specialization with 5 day week, near to your house in your village & in case your long term goal is that you need to lead pan India HR team then focus on your career / expertise on all facets of HR, work hard on your professional and personal front ( acquiring knowledge / higher qualifications etc.,) finally choice is yours, decide & proceed?????

Both have their own benefits and drawbacks'.Experienced and competent recruiters are in huge demand.Recruitment is very deep field.
Generalist has a wider scope as u can fit anywhere.
That's the difference.
