I was working in the hospitality sector, which deals with industrial catering and guest houses. Three months ago, they terminated me without any reason, and now they're not processing my full and final settlement. They had given me the handover based on cash in hand, but when I was handing over, they calculated based on cash sales, resulting in a discrepancy. Now, they are asking for the difference amount instead of paying me my dues.

Please suggest what I should do.

Regards, Sanjiv Kumar

- What was your position in the company?
- What were the terms and conditions given in the appointment order regarding exit?
- Are you responsible for cash collection on a daily basis?
- What is the difference between cash collected and cash handed over? Was it pointed out immediately?
- Did they give any reason for termination?
