Three months ago, they terminated me without any reason, and now they're not processing my full and final settlement. They had given me the handover based on cash in hand, but when I was handing over, they calculated based on cash sales, resulting in a discrepancy. Now, they are asking for the difference amount instead of paying me my dues.
