Hi all,
I am really interested in knowing what advantages a video resume has over a traditional paper CV. How familiar are HR managers with the video resume format, and would they be interested in shortlisting candidates based on the video resume? Please share your opinions.
Thank you.

Dear Krishya,
Thank you for your private message. However, you have not answered all the questions raised. I would like to know where you are researching and what the benefit is for people who take the trouble to answer your questions. Have you searched the web for the pros and cons of using video CVs? Whether video CVs are useful will depend on the job one is applying for.

Dear All,
As a Human Resources manager and recruiter, I find it difficult to rely on a video resume instead of a paper CV because of the lack of time. Since video previews require a lot of time to watch, I believe that a paper CV is better suited for quick review and evaluation.
Best Regards,
