Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me how do we identify a fake resume on seeing the resume itself, I mean without any further clarifications? I am asking you this because I was asked in one of the interviews by an employer. So friends, share your thoughts.

Hi Yeswanth,
Finding out a fake resume just by seeing it comes easy with experience, but here are some common points that are seen in fake resumes. Observing these could help to some extent:
- Client Name for whom the project is done is either not mentioned or is vague.
- No proper description about the projects.
- No relevant connection between the education, objective with the kind of experience shown.
- Tries to be evasive about the exact duration of employment in the company or the work experience in the company.
The presence of one or more of the above may not indicate for sure that it is a fake resume, but there is a possibility that it could be one.
