Job Description for Career Counsellor

Should work along with the respective Reporting Manager/Center Manager towards ensuring the center's profitability. Generate walk-ins through various marketing activities (posting ads, addressing web inquiries, emailing, cold calling, SMS, mailers, etc.). Meet the inquiries and counsel the candidates regarding the courses based on their educational qualifications and work experience. Convince the inquiry with an appropriate course that suits their academic qualification and further enroll them for the course with Evolet Technologies Center of Excellence. Follow up with the inquiries and increase the rate of conversions. Handle the walk-in inquiries effectively by regularly following up with them for enrollment. Meet the registration/admission targets as per your commitment for the month. Assist the Centre Admin in further collection from the registered candidates. At times, and as needed, ensure the student-faculty coordination is done. Assist in placement activities [coordination between the student and placement team]. Responsible for the individual business target and ensure taken targets are achieved. Take initiatives to self-study based on the job need and must be able to implement what has been learned. Must be open to travel to colleges/corporate as and when needed along with the BDEs/Managers. Should be available to give needed presentations in college or corporate if needed. Work towards building and maintaining the brand image of the company. Send in daily reports to the Centre Manager as per the specified format, or any report asked as and when needed. Maintain the decorum of your cabin and update the notice board regularly. Maintain all the needed registers and files as per the process. Other duties may also be assigned which the management feels necessary at any given point of time.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's
• Proficient with MS Office
• Good understanding of IT technologies is an added advantage
• Experience in sales
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal
• Flexible to work in a start-up environment

Job Description for Front Office Executive

- Maintain the front office decorum and keep the front office notice board updated.
- Responsible for student registration formalities and fees collection, handling the faculty team.
- Handle admissions, institute management, maintain track sheets, and general maintenance.
- Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the institute's finances are maintained accurately and timely.
- Clarify academic policies, institute regulations, program requirements, procedures, and other institute information to the students.
- Follow up on leads, create walk-ins, arrange demos, organize internal activities, and follow up on registrations.
- Provide detailed explanations of the facility and the various courses available.
- Be accessible and available to students to respond to their questions and concerns.
- Ensure all web inquiries and inbound calls are attended to promptly and maintain the needed conversion.
- Assist all walk-ins with the inquiry forms and direct them to the respective counselor.
- Attend all incoming calls and maintain the respective registers. Address queries and escalate them to the concerned department.
- Maintain a detailed database of inquiry information.
- Involve in walk-in generation through various marketing activities such as mailers, SMS, cold calling, forums, and other activities as agreed with the managers.
- Assist with placement activities as needed, including student coordination, updating the notice board, and maintaining placement files.
- Meet individual business targets as per your commitment.
