Considering a Job Offer: Seeking Advice

I have one year of experience as an HR assistant in the automobile industry in Chennai. My current salary is too low at ₹10,000 per month, and there are no deductions for PF and ESI; I receive my salary in cash. I have received a new offer from another reputed company in Chennai for a coordinator position with administrative responsibilities, and the joining date is next week.

Do you think this job will be beneficial for me? The new position offers a salary increase to ₹19,000, which is a ₹9,000 increase compared to my current company. Please provide your suggestion as soon as possible. I am confused about whether I should join the new company or not.

Thank you.

Dear colleague,

The salary is too attractive to refuse. However, also consider the job content, which should equally focus on career growth. I presume this is the case since the job is with a reputed company.

Good luck!
